Dear Family and Friends,

I have been busy these last few weeks with a garden harvest and home fall clean up. It has created some magic moments to these times: making fresh pickles, saving flower seeds and enjoying the flavors of tomatoes and veggies from my garden. This little slice of heaven is a sanctuary, a blessing, and I have plans for next year already brewing. A gardeners’ life.

The new work is fun, filled with new shapes and designs. I’m selling faster than I can post, but this week off has helped me to catch up with the website, and new postings abound!

I’m sure this year like last, has been challenging on so many levels for us all. Covid is a disease of serious consequences. I think the deeper dis-ease is the PTSD worldwide. All of us have a more sensitive emotional state. Be extra kind to others, but more importantly, be kind to yourself. Your feelings are like what we all have: good some days, fragile others, angry or sad too. Lighten up on tv news. Get out and walk. Plant a winter veggie garden. Paint, breathe, kiss someone you love. If you need passion: women’s right to our bodies and good health care is at stake. You can jump in and see if you can make a difference. Work at something you love, relax in a place you like. Lots of good choices.

And yes, the SF Giants. I love those boys. This has been a colossal year for my team. WE in the Bay Area are ready for the Orange and Black October! Go Giants!
